What happens to calls during go-live? +
Your main number is routed to the AI agent. If it can't handle the call, it transfers to your team or voicemail. You have full control over this routing.
Can I test the agent before fully launching? +
Absolutely. We can route a test number to the agent so you can try it out before going live with your main number.
What if my AI agent needs adjustments? +
We make adjustments continuously during your first 30 days. After that, you have 2 revision cycles per month included in your plan.
How do I access my call analytics? +
You get a custom dashboard showing every call, what the AI handled, what transferred to your team, and performance metrics.
What support will I get after launch? +
