FNDI (Future Native Digital Intelligence) provides AI-powered customer service solutions including voice agents, chatbots, and automation systems. Our services are provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.

Pricing is based on your selected plan. Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

FNDI retains all rights to our AI technology, software, and platform. You retain rights to your data. You grant FNDI a license to use your data to improve our services (anonymized).

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FNDI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Level Agreement

FNDI aims for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime. We will notify you of planned maintenance 48 hours in advance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide your data in a standard format. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
