Our Story

Stefano Fernandini and Douglas O'Keefe met in middle school in Miami. They always knew they'd build something together. When they saw how many small businesses were losing revenue to missed calls, unresponsive leads, and outdated systems — while big corporations had entire teams and million-dollar budgets dedicated to AI — they didn't think twice.

"It's not about the idea. It's about execution. We saw the problem and started building the next day. Our mission: give small businesses in South Florida the same powerful AI tools that Fortune 500 companies use — without the Fortune 500 price tag."

FNDI stands for Future Native Digital Intelligence. The name says it all: the future of business is native to AI. Every voice agent, chatbot, website, and automation tool we build is designed around one thing — helping your business grow.

Stefano Fernandini

Co-Founder • Vision & Strategy

Born and raised in Miami. A doer by nature. When Stefano saw clients leaving money on the table due to missed calls and bad systems, he knew the answer: AI. At FNDI, he leads client vision and strategy — working directly with each business to design solutions that move the needle.

Douglas O'Keefe

Co-Founder • AI Engineering

Mechanical engineer turned AI specialist. Douglas built full-stack AI systems from the ground up — not from a CS textbook, but from first principles and real-world problems. He brings an engineer's approach: systematic, reliable, and built to scale.

Pablo leads all outreach, client acquisition, and closing at FNDI — building the client base from the ground up. He owns the full sales cycle from first contact through onboarding, making sure every solution is built around the client's goals.
